ORDER RECEIVED
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received it. This email will include the details of your purchase and your order number. The order will remain on hold until the payment is confirmed.
ORDER IN PROCESS
As soon as your payment is verified, your order moves into processing. We’ll send you a second email to let you know your activewear is being packed and prepared for shipping.
ORDER SHIPPED
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING METHOD
- We work with trusted international couriers to deliver orders worldwide.
- Delivery time begins 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Timing may vary based on product availability and credit verification.
- Once the order is shipped, HOWL Sportswear is not responsible for delays, misplacement, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. Any claims must be made directly with the carrier selected during checkout.
- If the package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
- Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations (excluding certain deliveries with Liberty Express). We encourage customers to review their local customs policies.
